Information that Leyard Collects
Leyard collects information from all users of the Leyard Site. What information we collect and how we use it depends upon your activity on the Leyard Site, which is described in more detail below.
Leyard does not sell products to persons under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, you are required seek the approval of your parent or guardian to purchase products from the Leyard Site. The Leyard Site is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age under any circumstances. Leyard does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.
Leyard collects non-personally identifiable, anonymous information from all visitors to the Leyard Site. Examples of the types of anonymous information that Leyard collects include a user’s IP address, browser type, and the date and time a user accessed the Leyard Site. Leyard discloses your contact and financial information to outside vendors as necessary to process your transaction. Leyard will disclose your information when we believe in good faith that it is legally required, such as pursuant to a warrant, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights and property.
Leyard takes precautions to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. The personally identifiable information you provide to Leyard is stored on servers located in a controlled environment that Leyard takes efforts to protect from unauthorized access by both physical and electronic measures. Leyard strives to provide a commercially reasonable degree of security, but does not guarantee that such measures will be effective.
Any payment transactions will be encrypted. No credit card numbers used for processing payment transactions are retained for marketing purposes.
Where Leyard provides you with (or where you have chosen) a password that enables you to access certain parts of the Leyard Site, you are responsible for keeping the password confidential. Leyard asks you not to share a password with anyone.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to the Leyard Site via the Internet; any transmission is at your own risk.
